These ordering terms cover the Krazy Curry website and app for Pineville and Uptown Charlotte.
Your kitchen, items and total
Check the kitchen, item sizes, options, quantity and fulfillment method before paying. Menus, availability and prices can differ between locations and may change. Your checkout shows the current order total, including applicable tax, delivery charges and selected tips, before payment. Promotional offers follow their displayed eligibility and expiry conditions.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Scheduled pickup is offered only for available times. Delivery depends on the entered address, kitchen availability and the courier quote. Check your address and contact details carefully. Your confirmation shows the selected kitchen and fulfillment details.
Payment and confirmation
Square processes payment. A bag or delivery quote alone is not a paid order. Check your confirmation or order status before trying again if payment is interrupted. The app currently opens our website to complete checkout.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact the selected kitchen as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, have a missing or incorrect item, or want to request a refund. The team will review the order and confirm what can be done; availability of changes depends on preparation and delivery progress. Sending an email or closing the app does not cancel an order. These instructions do not limit rights that apply under law.
Allergies and special requests
Call your kitchen before ordering if you have a food allergy or need a dietary accommodation. Menu labels and kitchen notes do not guarantee an allergen-free meal. Special requests depend on availability and what the kitchen can accommodate.
Catering and gatherings
An emailed catering or gathering inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation or paid order. The team confirms arrangements with you. Online catering orders show their available pickup times and required notice during checkout.
